There are many different methods used today for the treatment of hemorrhoids. These are divided into two as surgical and non-surgical methods.

Surgical Methods

•       Milligan – Morgan (Classical Surgery)

•       Longo method

•       Surgical operations such as hemorrhoidectomy;

Non-Surgical Methods

•         Non-surgical treatment methods using laser, rafaelo general or spinal anesthesia.

Another method developed by Op. Dr. Mehmet Durmuş Kurt and used in the treatment of hemorrhoids is the "MDK" method.

MDK Method: It is a non-surgical treatment method in which high energy systems such as laser or radiofrequency are used and performed under local anesthesia without the need for hospitalization.

In this method, patients can be both examined and treated on the same day. Unlike the surgical and non-surgical methods we have mentioned above, this method is applied to patients as a permanent treatment method with almost no risk of recurrence after the procedure.
